I love the picture, but one comment. The item was absolutely filthy. It was covered in dirt. Either you it was really old, stored in a barn, sitting in a dust storm in Oklahoma. I had to literally wash it when I got it. Should have gotten a discount for that.

I purchased a Hermes scarf—it’s absolutely beautiful and appears to be in perfect condition! The condition described it as having some wear but I don’t think it was ever worn. I had it delivered to my daughter’s as I have done in the past with other purchase as I don’t live in the area. Delivery was great. I highly recommend Sales By Helen-and John was most helpful and efficient.
My bracelet was very worn and damaged. Sales by Helen reached out to me to discuss my bracelet and offered to pick it up and give me refund for my purchase. What wonderful customer service!
